Though this room is seldom cold
Rosewood candles light the way
Along this tarnished road.

Death is hanging over me
In it's empty covered shroud
Death is hanging over me
And it could never seem too loud.

It's waiting in my arms
Like a perfect glimpse of white
A thousand islands twist and fall
In the morning light.

Death is hanging over me
It merely twists and falls
Death is hanging over me
But I can't hear it at all.

My death waits there.
